No, there will not be a new thread every day. I've gotten quite a few messages of people who thought [CLOSED] meant the thread was no longer available. It just means group full. I don't want to chase down a million threads either...my day is busy enough! :)

lulu - 100 oz is about 12 glasses! Maybe this will help. The only way the broken down fat gets out of your body is through your kidneys....the more water you drink, the faster the scale goes down! The challenge is to do it just for today - not every day (although in this case, 100 oz of water per day is just awesome)…
