I don't want to be yo yoing but it happens to me... I lost lots doing diet/excercise a few years ago and did not Keep off as long as with the juicing.

I take it as driving from all the processed stuff normally consumed, but if you want one thing, alcohol is a toxin...

Seems to be a lot of hate for this from a lot of people that have not tried it, it's a shame really. I WILL be doing this starting tomorrow, if anyone has any questions about it I will happily answer them from experience, maybe I should blog or start a new dedicated post about it...

Maybe calling it a detox is putting it in a box with all these scam powder things that have popped up, I did it and can happily say it's the healthiest I have felt in many many years.

Don't get me wrong I really appreciate the feedback and I will read into it more but I did it and I know how healthy it made me feel, my skin condition disappeared for almost 9 months, I felt great.

Yes it's me :) I learned a lot last time, and I have done things both ways, lost lots with juice and lots lots with diet/exercise, my problem seems to be I fall into bad habits again, I was doing so well last time and know the exact point/event that put me off course so I hope this time I have learned and can spot things…

Kept it off for 7 months then went on holiday and got back into bad habits.. Hoping this time I have learned..

I did it last year and kept it all off for 7 months then went on holiday and got back into old habits... I was not starving and actually felt amazing :) This is just a kick start and it really helped me with food management and cravings last time.

Well firstly I lost 3 stone... I did not get one cold/flu or bug for 6 months (over winter) my dry skin disappeared and I felt great in general. (Juiced for 60 days straight) I was drinking 3-5 pints of juice a day, usually just 3 and more when I was doing more exercise. It also had the weird effect making me want to cook…

I now have a job where i am sitting infront of a computer for 8+ hours a day, i do my exercise 6/7 nights a week at about 11pm then shower, wind down watching telly for 30minz then bed... On nights i know i'm going out with friends i try to fit it in around 6-7pm Good luck

Thanks for everyone's input, i think i'll keep my target of 200 lbs for now and see where i am when i reach that, also the scales with the body fat % might be a good investment.. Now off to start a new post about my calories/ exercise amount..

Is the BMI a good guide to go by? i just want to have a goal i can set. I set my goal on here for 200 as i am alot bigger frame than some of my friends that are 6'1, maybe i should aim for 190?

Well i don't have a current pic(need to get one) i was 286 lbs 10 weeks ago, today i'm 248. some weight calculators say i should be 172 lbs, which there is i could never see, i was about 210 about 6 years ago, i wasn't muscly but i wasn't fat.
