Hi! I put in Calisthenics...and I would time myself from start to finish. I recently got a HRM and used it to calculate calories burned while doing the shred and it was close:) hope that helps!

I have included more fruits and veggies into my diet. I work out at least three times a week for about an hour. I just had my second child in July. The after effects of pregnancy are more obvious this time around than the first. I too, just jumped back on track.
