logging 30 day shred

how do i log this? level 1. no clue how many calories i burned ect...do you just put in aerobics?

    Hi! I put in Calisthenics...and I would time myself from start to finish. I recently got a HRM and used it to calculate calories burned while doing the shred and it was close:) hope that helps!

    it seems like you would be burning more calories as the level goes up. Am I wrong on this? Today was my 1st day shredding so not sure what to expect

    As you get used to this type of exercise (even though the specific exercises change), your calorie burn tends to go down, not up. For me, it's not enough of a difference to worry about. My HRM gives 10-20 calories different from what MFP says, so it tends to be pretty close.
