  • WOW! Congrats on your sucess! You have come so far and look absolutely amazing! Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing! Posts like this help keep me motivated to keep plugging along on this journey.
  • First, I have to say that I am surprised by how unkind some of the comments are on here. This is a forum to help motivate others, not to belittle someone who has questions. To the poster, I have done a lot of research on Raspberry Ketones. I am using MFP, I log my calories every single day, I exercise at least 5 hours a…
  • A bump moves the thread up in the forum.
  • My first refused a bottle, even if it was my milk. Pumping is a great idea, so long as you have a baby who will take a bottle, and as long as you have enough milk to pump. Though a good idea, it isn't always practical.
  • I'm all for breastfeeding. I nursed both my babies for 13 months. I also chose to keep it private. Though I do believe it's a beautiful thing, it's not something I felt comfortable showing the world. That's just me. I have no problem with people breastfeeding in public, or posting pictures of it on FB, but in all honestly,…
  • Thanks for all the helpful tips! I wake up frequently, not necessarily because I am hungry, but because that is just my regular sleep pattern. I almost wonder if I've trained my body to wake up to eat becaue of my bad habit. It's definitely something I need to stop. I remember what I did...I am defintely awake....just not…
  • WOW! What an inspiration! Keep up the fantastic work! You look absolutely fantastic! What an accomplishment!
  • I know it's only been 12 days however, the first two weeks is usually when I lose big amounts of weight. I have had difficulty losing weight before and I thought it was the diet I was following (belly fat cure - no tracking calories). I am just a little frustrated because I really didn't want to see the scale moving up…
  • That is my thought....it's only been two weeks. I'm not feeling hungry or deprived.....I just don't get it. I will increase my calories a little and see what happend.
  • Thanks so much! It isn't that time of the month and I measured every single thing I put into my mouth and religiously record it. I'll sit tight and be patient but I am going to start looking at labels for sodium.
  • I weigh in naked at the same time in the morning after I get up and pee too. I also weigh everything that I eat with a very accurate scale. I don't guesstimate because I want to be accurate. I even double check labels to make sure that they are inline with what the food calculator on here says. I made chicken tortilla…
  • I did set my goals correctly. I have 81 pounds to lose which is a lot of weight. I am doing low carb, low sugar and watching my salt intake. I am reaching the end of my second week and at this point, it isn't unreasonable to lose at least a pound or 2 a week. I am trying to eat 1200 calories but am also learning to listen…
  • I actually weigh in on Mondays and just started. Today is the last day of my first week so I'll know how well I did tomorrow. I'm hoping for a good number.
  • I love the idea of calling it "treat day" instead of cheat day. I think I'll adapt that!
  • I love this! Another poster posted that she logs what she ate because she still needs to be accountable. I think that is part of my problem. I want to be in denial about how many calories I consume on a cheat day. I can't stand to go into the red! lol I need to learn to be okay with that. It's denial that got me where I…
  • Those 4 pounds will disappear quickly. Just get back on track. I do think that it is important to think about about how we ate, reflect on it, even journal about it but then move on! Get back on the weight loss train. You can totally do this! Best of luck to you! We have all been there - binged and regretted it. The most…
  • That is TINY! If he is big and strong, I would think that he would weigh significantly more....like in the 180's. Are you sure that the scale was working properly? I would double check and if it is working right, i agree, make him a sandwich or two! lol
  • My doctor told me that there is only so much that can be done without a tummy tuck. They cut into the muscle. I have had two c-sections. After the first, I had a very small belly apron. I worked on my abs constantly and still had a little "pooch". It did get better but it definitely wasn't gone. After my second child, it…
