Fact: Muscle Weighs more then Fat Soultion: Measure yourself. Hips - Waist - Neck If the scale is bringing you down check the measuring tape. Excercise Daily and skip some snacks. You Can Do It!!!!

I was laid off from a job I disliked. I could afford Cigarettes anymore so I stopped buying them. I have been trying to get on a program for weight loss ever since and I think I found it. :) So Excited to start shedding those pounds!

These are all great tips - and thanks for the advice. After writting this message I went to the YMCA (my gym) and got the schedules and had a tour. Then I came home and seen all your messages and felt a burst of confidence. :) - Thank you
