Hi all, I had lost 44lb when i rejoined MFP this year but have managed to gain 5lb in the last few weeks.. need a kick in the butt! Todays weight = 187lb Goals for September: 1. Eat my 5 freggies a day 2. Drink more water 3. Exercise at least 4 times a week 4. Lose 7lb Good luck everyone, feel free to add me x

I'm from Yorkshire, any UK folks feel free to add. I used MFP in a past life and lost over 30lb.. i'm just getting back into it after a year off (lost 11lb while away).. runner and volleyballer but not so good with nutrition! x

Love love love parkrun.. It's a great place to start out if new to running.. always easier to run as a crowd and as has already been said times in York tend to spread between 16 and 60 minutes.. perfect for the competitive type or a complete beginner! Get your barcode and get involved! :)

This is a great idea, I'm actually running a 10K in 7 weeks but have been a bit lazy with my training and am only up to 4 miles twice a week. Here are my goals.. I did 5 days at level 1 and then 2 days at level 2 and felt great.. although struggle with the cardio bits in level 2 more.. can't do proper squat thrust things and my feet slip a bit on the carpet.. might try wearing trainers?! I was rubbish on the wkend and then lost motivation and i've missed about 5 days.. so have…

I did my first day at L2 today.. Wow it hurt! There's a big jump from 1 to 2! Had to do a lot of the easier options so going to stick with it Until I get it mastered. I imagine it's going to take a lot longer to progress from 2 to 3! xx

Have just survived week 1 day 1! Found the strength and abs work tough.. I only really do cardio at the moment. Managed to do all of level 1 except some of the pushups and crunches. Will have it nailed by the end of week 1 and move on up to level 2! X
