Good luck! This is the first program I have ever stuck with as well--find some good friends to add & that will help motivate you. If I'm feeling lazy & I see others burned calories doing things it makes me feel guilty enough to exercise too :)

I want to feel better about myself and not be an overweight mom. I want to be able to keep up with my active son & set a good example for him so he doesn't struggle with weight like I have throughout my life.

I really dislike exercising so my compromise I have found is the Wiii fit. I do the Wii fit free step or free run-the wii remote tells you when you are done or how much time you have left & you can switch over and watch tv while you do your workout. I know I always watch tv every night & I feel like if I have time to watch…
