Or you can not quit alcohol and just have it in moderation. Quitting it out all together will probably cause you to binge why not just have one drink and make it a vodka soda or something of the sorts.

It depends how patient you are. Most people don't like doing a recomp because you see slower results. I'm personally scared to do a bulk, the though of eating to gain weight scare me.

For what what works is to just have breakfast and dinner. I skip lunch making my breakfast and dinner bigger meals. This way I don't feel hungry in morning or night,

They eventually go away. When I had shin splints I used to push through them and then regret it :( Pushing through them may just mean more days off in a row after the fact.

Count everything, but better to have fruits and veggies instead of junk food.
