You can search this topic. I remember commenting on a similar thread. Basically I burn around 500-600 on a class. Some people burn way less and some burn way more.... It's hard To say. The website was overestimating mine by almost 300 cals! PS. I use a Polar FT4

Since when did eating 500 calories a day and taking hormone medicine to lose weight sound like a good idea? I suggest you eat your recommended calories, exercise when you can and lose weight the way it was intended. People here have lost over 100+ pounds doing it, so can you! :)

^^ couldn't have said it better. It sounds odd but if sometimes You need to EAT more to bump up your metabolism. It worked for me! Undereating is not healthy eating. Eat back those cals ladies

You may need to eat more calories based on your weight and activity level. Do you eat your exercise calories back? Dont want to starve your body and slow your metabolism!

^^ this. I keep eating half an avocado every day & olive oil and going Over my fats :( but hey at Least it's healthy fat! I also bought a smart balance light mayo that has omega 3 fats. Might wanna try that :)

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably IS. Just stick with regular water to clean your system. There are no shortcuts to anywhere worth going.

There's no way of exactly knowing unless you have a HRM. I used that website before I bought my HRM and it was way off. I burn from 550-700 but I do high impact!

What do you mean? That you burned 50 calories extra even after finishing your workout? If so, your body is always burning calories, even at rest.... You can put it on while sleeping and you'll be burning calories
