Hey girlie, Just saw your post. Most women have that problem area. I have learned with proper water intake, a good amount of HIIT Cardio and good Nutrition, that area can become your favorite area. It take a good amount of concentration on your work out routine, but like anything, time and dedication will prevail!

Hey Claire, I have lost about 60+ lbs and I have learned many things on my journey. With activity we must increase our calories. I got to the point that I actually was in a plateau for a long time, but then I began to change my foods rather than just the amount of them. I also began to make sure that I compensated for my…

HI Katie, The most important question is... What is your GOAL? Are you wanting to maintain at your current weight? Exercise? I would say that the minimum would be about 1800 calories. Make sure that they are clean calories and that you chose your foods wisely. If you have a problem eating that many calories, I would…

I just started Insanity after doing two rounds of P90X. It is very intense and a lot of cardio. I also took about a two week break, so that could be why it is so hard. I know I am going to like it. Just make sure to get a HRM and know your limits!!! i just burned over 400 calories in 40 mins!!!

I am on my third round of P90X but I average 3-4 times a week. I am just maintaining and eating healthier than ever! I plan on getting Turbo Fire to try out a fun and up beat routine... Just need to get through school before I commit my time to a new routine! Great question

I think I am just going to brace it for now! Thank you for your advice

I agree with Shaun, I stay away from anything prepackaged and tend to eat more fresh items. I also know what I am going to eat the day before. Packing your lunch or snacks, or planning your meals helps you stay on track. And if you log it before eating it and count your calories, you are more likely to stick to it!!! I…

I think I love everything, but I always mock "happiness is this right here..." and "I don't believe in aging, I've got your aging right here, etc.... " Tony is funny and knows how to break your mind from the pain!!!

I enjoy Yoga but I agree that it is too long. I was to do that yesterday and I went running and did X Stretch instead. My kids will not allow me to make it through Yoga. I want it to be peaceful when I do that, but that will never happen. I still modify and I am on my second round of P90X and went from the Lean to Classic.…

I always suggest starting out with the Lean Routine, The difference is the results that you want. The Lean routine will be more cardio and it will build lean muscle where the classic is a even amount of cardio and resistance. I completed the lean and now on my last phase of the classic. You will want to decided you fitness…
