both I go to bed at 10:30, about 45 minutes after my evening workout. I get up at 5:15 and hit the gym by about 6:00. I have "breakfast" after - usually just a protein shake, fiber and vitamins. Not much for eating in the morning. Evening workout is about will be 45 minutes to an hour after dinner.

...but there's a word that I like. Moist brownies, moist turkey, the moistness of grass covered in morning dew, a nice clean & moist sponge, a moist kiss from a moist woman that just stepped out of a moist shower.... what's not to like?

A pound a week is nothing to complain about.

1. Less Calories 2. The unsweetened vanilla almond milk actually enhances the flavor of the mix (I use GNC vanilla flavor) 3. I've heard that if you pre-mix the powder with milk, it can curdle overnight - I pre-mix with almond milk the night before and have not had any issues

At your age, probably not. We would routinely exceed 200 bpm during swim practice in high school. When you get up that high, it's almost impossible to count accurately (taking it the "old fashioned way"). Could be 200, could be 220, we're talking about counting to 20 or 24 in 6 seconds.

I'm using GNC 100% Whey, Vanilla Flavor, mixed with unsweetened almond milk yum....

$80??? You need to find less expensive sushi. There's a place near my house that's $25 for all you can eat. My record is 56 pieces - I usually go about every two months as well - or the night before a race.

Finding clothes that fit. Maybe for a woman, being "petite" is the sweet spot, but as a man, finding pants that fit (30/32) isn't easy. There are piles of 42/42's and 44/30's but only a limited number of stuff in my size. when I was 34 or 36 waist, there was ampbe selection, but now.... I was at ****'s a few weeks ago and…

the really, really dark red delicious, but only when they are firm, crisp and untarnished and for the record, it is WRONG to wrap an apple in plastic wrap - gross!

Have someone who is knowledgeable look at your stride. It will be better to correct any bad habits when you're new to it. Strength training for you core, quads, calves, hamstrings and ankles, look for exercises that develop your stabilizer muscles. Slow increases in distance, good form and proper strength are the keys to…

Are you referring to marshmallows or gold? feathers or concrete? Water is 8 ounces per cup. Beyond that, read the package or get a scale.

you say this as if there is some shame in being an alcoholic. Are diabetics ashamed of their disease? Are cancer patients ashamed of their tumor? There is no shame in treating a disease, the only shame would be in not dealing with it. I'm an alcoholic. I am treating my disease. I am proud of my sobriety.

If you think you might have a problem, I'd recommend you address it now. If you wait for the long terms of alcohol to dictate when you are forced to quit, it will be ugly and you might end up dead. I'm lucky to be alive myself. 2,238 days sober now & happier and healthier than I've ever been. All alcohol ever did for me…
