  • You will lose weight fast in the begining but it will taper off. I am on weight watchers as well. If you still feel hungry, make sure you are using your points on filling foods and low to no points options. Also, if you exercise, you can eat those points earned from activity!   • Don't Give Up! There is a good chance your body is just readjusting from such a big loss. If you continue watching what you eat and exercising, it will come back off. Weight loss is all about gains and losses. You just have to stick with it!
  • I stick with an apple and some lean ham (lunch meat). The mix of protein and fiber is very filling. And the calorie count is much lower than any protein bar. Almonds or ff popcorn are also filling snacks.
