How about you watch the news while on the treadmill? or doing jumping jacks, squats, pushups, etc? Guaranteed to give you more energy than laying on the couch. I usually dread my workouts, but once i am started, it gets better and the energy and good feeling afterward is worth every minute !

I have similar goals as you also. I want to lose 50 lbs more as I have lost 25 total since January, but scale hasn't moved in a couple of months now. I love the Leslie Sansone DVDs... Walk away the Pounds. They are easy to do, but really get your heart rate up.. I also have the Zumba DVDs that i do... Good luck..

i absolutely love Zumba.. Used to go to our fitness center, but because of my work schedule, thats hard some nights. So i ordered the dvds and they are amazing.. Dont get discouraged if you dont get it at first.. It takes a few sessions.. I could tell a difference in my clothes within a couple of weeks..
