OMG!!! I read this tag line and just laughed. I eat Jif peanut butter nearly every day. I love the stuff and it is a great way to boost calories on days that I fall short. I have been trying to cut back but I just have to have my fix. I'm hooked, a veritable peanut butter crackhead!! LOL

Yes I know what you mean. People are starting to notice my weight loss plus clothes fit better the thinner you are. Being healthy is my target but the compliments are welcome.

Was thinking the same thing so my lips are sealed....Wife is on MFP too and I am kind of partial to staying alive.

Koolaid and soda was my weakness as well. I have been on MFP for 2 months now and still have several packs of Koolaid in the pantry but now have no desire to stir it up LOL. You get used to the water after a while. Good luck to you. I have noticed changes in skin as well.

I have done the cheat day thing in diets past and it seemed like a good idea at the time but really it did not support a true lifestyle change. I gained all of the weight back and then some. This time around I am changing my relationship with food and that means not seeing it as a reward for 4 or 5 days of good behavior.

I personally leave around 300 sometimes less. Right or not it has been working for me. 60 days/42 pounds lost and not starving.

Graduate student - papers longer and tests are harder. One test and One assignment then on to internship!! Woo hoo

I agree with what has already been said. I just learned recently that the whole late night thing isnt as important as the overall calories so I stop beating myself up about having to eat late. Enjoy in moderation and you'll be fine. Strong inside and out.
