Just finished W2 D1! Love week 2 with the exception of the plank cardio! My arms are feeling a bit wobbly and I'm sure I'll be feeling it more later!

These are some really great ideas! I've been looking for some good breakfasts as well. I've been making a fruit smoothie with oatmeal on some mornings. Really good and pretty low on calories, plus you can buy the fruit prefrozen.

Finished w1 d5. I took two days off last week, so I'm trying to figure out whether or not to start week 2 tomorrow or do one more day of week 1. And to the people who watch the next work out video to see what they're getting into, I do the same thing too :)

My goals are 1. To finish the Ripped in 30 and 2. To start eating better breakfasts. I am used to eating sugary breakfast cereals, but I need to start eating better. I bought oatmeal and smoothie ingredients today to help me out. If you have any great breakfast suggestions, please let me know :)

Week 1, Day 1 done! It wasn't too too bad, I'm glad I'm in ok shape. Compared to 30 Day Shred, I like how you only do each workout for 7 days as opposed to ten! I also like how for the cardio it's 3 exercises for 2 sets of 30 secs instead of 2 exercises for 2 sets of 45 secs. Looking forward to doing it again tomorrow!

I do it six days a week, because I think it says somewhere you are supposed to take a one day break from it every week.
