  • Thanks for your advice. My problem is that I don't have a shut off. There is no moderation with sugars. It is all or nothing for me. I need to learn better self control.

  • Hi Sarah, I just had my first baby a little over a year and a half ago. I am struggling with my sugar addiction and trying to get back in shape too.   • Nutella will definitely taste better than peanut butter but the sugar is higher. I personally have to stay away from it all together because I will eat the whole container in one sitting.
  • Thanks everyone, Glad it isn't just me having the issue. I wish that there was a way on the food log to track only added sugar. That way fruits wouldn't throw you over your sugar goal for the day.

  • Hi Miss Sara Jane, Maybe if you find a tea that you like also, you can work on replacing a coffee a day with tea instead. Personally I think that Chai makes a good replacement. If you like milk in your coffee, try making a chai latte. I hope this helps. I can't seem to stay away from sugar personally. -Rachel
