My goal is to lose 50 lbs. I currently weigh 200, im 28, 5'6, I know im capable. Im always just very unsure of how to go about it. I actually downloaded StrongLift 5x5 a week ago but didn't start it yet. My upper body strength is nothing compared to lower body.

I've been so unmotivated lately and don't have anyone holding me accountable. I used to do this dvd, go do 3 miles, and was feeling great. I need to get back to that girl!! I am going to start jillian when I get off work! Feel free to add me as well, for motivations sake. I'm 28, 5'6", 205 lbs. Goal is 150ish.

Well I had a very long weekend and wasnt able to get any 30DS in. I missed yday as well so today I will be doing Day 6 Level 1..I hope Im not too far behind people!!

L1D4 complete! I noticed I am getting a couple more "girlie" push ups in! My upper body is so weak but thank goodness it's getting a bit stronger. I'm starting to make it a little longer during strength moves now.

Im 24, 25 next month, full time student to be a med lab tech, work part time (only 15-20 hrs a week) and have a 2 year old son. I dont have a clue how much 8 stone is, sorry, but I have lost 44 lbs and have about 35-40 more to lose. Anyone can feel free to add me, more support is always a good thing!!

L1D2 Complete! I remember the first time I did this program a couple months ago and I was tired after the warmup! Lol, Its amazing how much better I can get through it now. I agree that running does not count as a 30DS day..for the same reason basically. I do the 30DS 5 days a week and jog 3-5 days as well.

I use a HRM but when I go to the exercise database and click on "Circuit Training, general" and put in 25 mins (including warm up and cool down) it gives me about the same amount of calories burned. So thats what I would do if I were you.

I found it easy too except for maybe a couple strength stuff, Im a weakling though.. If you feel comfortable to go to it go for it..

I have an armband for my iphone. I usually just take the clicker for my car off my key ring and stick it in my sports bra lol. BUT I am pretty sure they make wrist band type deals that you can put your keys or phone in..plus you could always go back to the good ol fashioned fanny pack =)
