Full Body or Specific Days
Is it better to separate your days, ex. Leg Day, Abs Day, etc.? Or is it better to focus on all over body workout? I am trying to create a weekly workout plan for myself including the gym/home/outdoors. Any advice, personal weekly workouts, or anything you would like to share would be greatly appreciated. 38 Lbs Down, 45 to go!

I am going to make chili tonight, build the recipe but Im not sure how many portions (servings) it makes without actually putting them into however many containers...Is there an easier way to do this?I plan on getting a kitchen scale today but I dont see how that will help me in this particular situation.
