Oh, my aching shins!
I started 30DS Monday and have done it for 6 days, I walked/jogged 1.5-2 miles Wed, Thurs, and Fri. Today, tonight specifically, my shins have been a bit achy. What causes this? What can I do to help prevent this from happening?

Fitbit Zip
I dont care about tracking my sleep, so I was interested in getting the Zip instead of the One..Does anyone have any reviews about it? Idk if I should just stick with my RunKeeper app on my phone or get a zip.... Thanks

RunKeeper Question
I am not a runner, not yet at least. So I mostly walk and when I feel my heart rate starting to go back down I jog for as long as I can...repeat. My question is RunKeeper only gives you Running or Walking..Im walking and jogging! Should I put Im walking or running? Does it make a difference? thanks

L1 D4- got up at 8 am to do before school, then after school walked/jogged a couple miles =) You all have no idea how serious that is for me..I am beginning to be so dedicated, not just to 30DS but getting serious with everything. I have read a lot of reviews for this app and i like it but im curious how accurate it is. Im not in the position to buy a hrm right now, not one thats worth much anyway, so has anyone used this app before? If so, did you find the calories, distance, and such were correct. I feel like mine are but not sure

30DS- When to switch levels?
I know its suggested you do 10 days of each level. Is it mainly on when you feel comfortable to move on, when you can get through level 1 easier, or what?

2 questions, fruit and dinner related
First is do you count fruits and vegetables on MFP, like log them in? That may be a silly question to some but I never really realized they had very many calories or what not... Second is, Sometimes I have trouble logging dinner in. Do I log everything in seperately...like tonight im making kung pao chicken with cashews…

Frozen grapes
I LOVE frozen grapes!! Just pluck them, wash them, pop them in the freezer. The next day they are sooooo yummy, great to snack on!! I have some freezing right now!
