L1 D4- got up at 8 am to do before school, then after school walked/jogged a couple miles
You all have no idea how serious that is for me..I am beginning to be so dedicated, not just to 30DS but getting serious with everything. Im so proud of myself for real.
I am able to do more of the exercises and taking less breaks... Jumping jacks, bicycle crunches, and squat presses are challenging...dont ask why they just are. Even though its difficult I wake up everyday excited to workout!

Wow!! I am extremely proud of you!! That is great dedication getting up early to exercise. It was hard for me at first, I'm not a morning person. I had a workout app that would go off every morning as a reminder, that I ignored. Lol. It looks like you found something you enjoy. That's the key. Once we enjoy something, we sacrifice to get it accomplished.
I just completed the 30DS, finally. I still do some of the exercises, combined with my other workouts. Which I do perform first thing in the morning. I'm a runner, but, the jumping jacks were hard for me at first, too.
