What kind of workout can i do daily that will help my "bra fat"? The little bulging areas....

    No special exercises possible. You're going to have to lose more weight. Fat loss can't be targeted

    DavPul is right, it's going to be a combination of calorie deficit diet and strength training.

    Regarding the strength training, my wife and I talked to two different trainers about this awhile ago, and got two different answers. One said to hit the area with lat exercises, the other said pec fly type exercises.

    My wife says that she saw better progress when doing more lat exercises (such as seated cable rows) than when she was trying doing more pec fly type exercises. But this is anecdotal, and she also said that it's been really hard to build the muscle in that area.

    For breast fat - or "bulges" chest workouts help tremendously! But as previously stated - fat loss will happen everywhere and cannot be "spot" treated.

    So rows, flies, presses and those kinds of chest exercises to help build the chest a bit should help. Like everything else it will take a while to see results and contrary to some people's beliefs you will not get "bulky"! Work on building muscles all over but especially in the chest and it'll help even things out a bit
