I am not a runner, not yet at least. So I mostly walk and when I feel my heart rate starting to go back down I jog for as long as I can...repeat.
My question is RunKeeper only gives you Running or Walking..Im walking and jogging! Should I put Im walking or running? Does it make a difference?
thanks

When you set your intervals you would still indicate that you are running. Slow = walking, steady = jogging, fast = running. I guess if you are just running til exhaustion and then walking, I would probably still pick running. You should look into those couch to 5k programs online. They're really great for beginners!0
