I don't really have a recipe, but try substituting plain, 2% Greek yogurt for mayo. Bolthouse Farms also makes a delicious honey mustard yogurt dressing that is 45 calories for 2T if you like that flavor in your chicken salad. You can also bulk it up by adding some lowfat shredded cheese, walnuts or pecans and crapes or dried cranberries. Yum.

Greek yogurt, a teaspoon of mayo, one tablespoon of dijon mustard... Love it. You can use the same recipe for egg or tuna salad, or a dip (I add dill and lemon juice for fish).

I use a rotisserie chicken, cube 3 oz up without skin
Add 2 tbsp of kraft garlic and herb mayo
Add garlic powder, parsley and onion powder or whatever seasonings you like
Add 1/4c of diced skinless apples
Sometimes I also add turkey bacon or pecans
