A family member of mine sells this and I did the trial and went ahead and bought a bottle. Today is only Day 6 for me..The woman I bought it from takes them and so does her mother (my husbands aunt) and she has lost soo much weight. She went down from like a size 14 to 4-6(In a matter of 6 months) . Of course she eats healthy, doesnt exercise much though.

It gives me a slight energy boost. If I am sitting down I can just sit there without wanting to go bonkers but when I get up I am ready to go. It helped with the appetite control but I feel like some days I may need to take 2. Honestly just after the first week I have lost 3 lbs. That is a big part to the fact I have stayed under my calories everyday and drank lotsaaa water. Plus I go and walk/jog at least 4-5 x a week.

I was just curious if anyone else has taken this and how it worked for them. Im still not 100% sure about it but Im gonna give it a month or two and see. I understand that everyone is different and exercise and diet are key and there is no miracle drug, I am not saying this is by any means so please dont have "those" kind of comments.

Thanks!

exercise and diet are key and there is no miracle drug,

    Important points.
    Calorie deficit for weight loss.
    Exercise for fitness.

You are right when you said there is no miracle drug.

And you also acknowledge that you stayed under your calories and saw a weight loss. You do not need a pill.

You feel energized because of the caffeine that's in it. If you know there's no magic pill then why are you taking it? You don't need a pill to "suppress your appetite". You can do it naturally with lean proteins and fiber.

Sorry if this isn't helpful to you in anyway, but I just do not understand the point of taking it, it's still a "diet pill".

There have been plenty of weeks I have stayed under my calorie goal, drank water and exercised and not seen a budge in my weight loss...but I'm not going to continue after that

    You are right.

And you might not see a change in the scale every week, even when staying under your calorie goal. There are daily weight fluctuations that are normal, especially being a woman. There will be weeks where there is no change and then bam! the weight comes off, but I am sure that you are already aware of that because you have lost 40 pounds. Another note, that once you get closer to your goal weight, the weight will come off slower than when you first started the calorie deficit.

Because people have differing opinions to your own?

Honey, I don't think anyone meant to make you feel small or stupid. When you posted this, you knew what people were going to say, because you already knew what the best thing to do was. If anything, they have reinforced what you were aware of, and have confirmed that you're smart and you know what you're doing.

I suspect drinking a cup or two of coffee might be just as effective as this stuff in terms of energy and appetite control, and would probably cost less. Just my opinion.

It makes you feel small and stupid that someone pointed out that exercise and a calorie deficit result in weight loss??

ETA that I just read the OPs other thread. OP - sorry you're feeling, I don't know, victimized, I guess. But no one here called you any names or said you were stupid. They pointed out that the pills aren't responsible for your progress. If that hurts, your feelings, then you might want to reconsider posting on the forums. It's perfectly acceptable for people to state they have a different opinion than you do (especially when it's done in a factual way). You're getting worked up over nothing.
