It is also waterproof up to 30 Meters which is plenty, for me at least. I was burning so many more calories than I thought and from what all my other apps and mfp was saying.

A HRM, I use a Polar FT4, its really nice, comfortable, and HRMs are the most accurate. I was going to get a FitBit but decided if Im gonna spend the money, I might as well get the best thing. They are around 100$ in stores but I got mine off Amazon for 64.99

I can already tell you all that I am not great with dieting/eating right. I wasnt raised in a "healthy" eating home. So I am still learning. Its hard for me too, they don't hurt after just during..I personally am going to deal with it and see if I just get stronger and maybe that will help. But if its bothering you pretty bad, maybe try to find modifications..I cant think of any though.

I cut back on sodas and increased water intake. I dont get seconds. I use a smaller plate as long as im able...Im weird about certain foods touching sometimes. exercising. I use to do nothing
