Good to hear, thank you. It said my calories burned were a bit higher, not by much, than what MFP said but I went with runkeeper bc it takes into account the terrain im walking and such..

I would say yea go for it. Just like someone else said, if those people on Biggest Loser are doing that kinda stuff plus some you should definitly be able to. Im 5'6" and I am currently 194, down 36 lbs from 230. I felt my best before I had my son a couple years ago. I weighed 150 but was still in a size 12. I have wide hips but boy did i feel great! So my goal is anywhere between 145-155

No thats ok. I have never eaten it before, I made burgers the other night and they were ok...just not used to it yet. My boyfriend wants to quit eating red meat and thats ok with me I just have no clue how to cook it really.

Im pretty sure it all depends on height weight and body shape. Im 5'6" 215lbs and very hippy. I wear a size 18 as well. Even at my lowest weight(150) I still wore a 12.
