Getting sick when I am in pure workout mode, I feel it coming on now but I still pushed through Insanity today. Hopefully I can stop it before it gets worse, its going to be nice out tomorrow and id like to go ride for 2-3 hours

I have awesome neighbors, the one next door even came and plowed my driveway when I was at work during a snow storm. We watched his house while he was in Europe for a month, the neighbors across the street are awesome. Never really had a problem

I had gym anxiety big time and have anxiety other times as well. It just took me a few times of going to get over it, now I remember why im going and I dont seem to have a problem anymore. Music helps me a ton, and seeing results pushes me even more.

I was gonna say...haha I loooooove how most people only think Canadians play hockey though, most of the NHLs teams are in the US...Europe is huge for hockey

I was a bit of the same way, I was always thinking about how much eating healthy would cost me. Then I went through my bank account and added up all the money from the fast food that I ate and was astonished at how much it was.

Agreed, girl at work did the same thing. She was using it, didn't lose anything and kept trying to sell it to us. I told her it was a scam, waste of money, etc. I ended up moving to a different location, went down there and what a shocker...shes not doing the shakes anymore and hasn't lost a pound.

Always after cooking. I would never weigh meat before cooking because it loses so much during cooking so your not going to get the real weight of it before.
