I agree! You aren't eating enough. I'm only 5'2 and lose 2lbs or more eating 1300/1500 calories, aiming for 1630 cal now because I want to lose 1 lb. per week.

It took me 4 months to lose 23 lbs. I still have between 35 and 43 lbs left, hopefully by February '13 lol :D I just started using mfp last week eating around 1630 calories and lost 1.5lbs, I weighted half lb less this morning but I only count Friday's weight in. Good luck!

Today I had for breakfast one of those whole weath sandwich thins, spread one of the slices with 1/4 of an avocado and put a sliced hard boiled egg on top of the other one. :-) Actually I had 2 eggs but felt super full later. 300 calories, 21g carbs, 15g fat and 18g protein.

I :heart: Carbs too, my nutritionist tried to put me on a low carb diet once and didn't work lol I have lost 22 lbs since January and eat bread, fruit, rice, pasta, oats, milk, homemade yogurt, and I even bake cake, brownies and cupcakes sometimes :-)
