The pot pies sound DELICIOUS!!! Is biscuit the same as short crust pastry? Any idea what equivalent to pilsbury might be in UK? I feel a visit to the big supermarket coming on..

In the UK you get them from Sainsbury's but i reckon you can get them in most supermarkets. They are just the circular part of a back bacon rasher which has no fat running through it. They are small (about size of a small fried egg) but very tasty. I reckon you could use turkey rashers instead and it would work :smile:

You're right. I have bad trouble sleeping- always have done. So it could be a case of restlessness + boredom = imaginary hunger... but then i do often have excess calories to use up so maybe i jest need to get my act together during the day. Sadly I do feel worse when it doesn't read how i would like... it motivates me a bit more, but preoccupies me far too much. I will try weeklies but i guess i worry that i need to keep track or i might get a nasty shock at the end of the week.

Mine changes all the time- today it's Mattessons Turkey rashers- good as an occasional substitute for bacon- lovely with english mustard! yum yum. What's yours? Share the knowledge peeps!
