I just made a really scrummy mackerel salad for 2: 1. 1 bag of rocket leaves 2. Half a small apple (diced) 3. Cucumber (diced) 4. Half a small avovado (diced) 5. Curious to know..
How many calories do people usually have left by dinner time? I work on 1300 basic per day and usually have about 800 by dinner. does this mean I;'m not eating regularly enough? I just dont get that hungry during the day. At night, however I could eat a cow (and a hippo).

Does running on treadmill and cycling on excercise bike build up your thigh muscles? I am desperate to lose weight from thighs and running and cycling are only things I enjoy...
