I've just made some quite tasty no fat hummus! It's quite garlicky... so you can adjust that to taste.

2 cans cooked chickpeas
4 tsps lemon juice
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic
2 birds eye chillies
Water (keep adding to get consistency you want (but not too much- its never going to be as smooth as if you use olive oil)
1tsp cumin
1tsp smoked paprika
1tsp salt
Black pepper to taste

Whizz it all in a blender and bob's your uncle.
I would recommend keeping on tasting all the way through as I made the measurements up as i went along!
