  • Hello, I have over 100 lbs to lose, but I have injuries making it very difficult. I’m working on changing my diet first. Just looking for a support system to keep me motivated.
  • I just started an 8 week bootcamp yesterday. We do 1 hour of intense excersise m-th and break f-sun. I don't know what I was thinking, cause I'm dying today, but I'm sticking it out. I have 100lbs to lose and I cant get distracted. I know I am supposed to rest on the three days off, but I'm afraid I'll lose my motivation…
