For my lunch tomorrow I packed a random salad : spinach, tomato, green beans, pinto beans, tuna, peas, salsa and Parmesan and for a snack I packed some freeze dried fruit and mini wheat crackers

add in nuts, nut butters, tofu cooked in olive oil, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, eggs. make a PB protein smoothie with frozen bananas, berries, protein power, PB and milk it"ll help you up your calories with out feeling too full:)

I eat every 3-4 hours , 6 small meals a day. it"s what works for me.

have something small before the work out ( handful of nuts, glass of milk, toast , fruit pb) if you don't want breakfast. then have your oats. Personally I have my oats and then a small snack post work out. just find what works for you. and congrats on starting to eat healthier and eating breakfast. I know how hard it can…

I'm just looking to see if I am eating enough food.I'm a vegetarian if is any help.I'm not trying to lose any weight , just wanting to be healthy. Am I eating too many carbs? If so any advice on how to cut back on carbs? Thank you.
