Healthy Sandwich Recipes Under 300 Calories
What are your favorite easy to make sandwiches under 300 calories? I start my fall semester of college in 2 week and have a tight schedule so I don't have much time to sit and eat. Also with 2 PE classes( cross cardio and weight training) I can't skip lunch. I figure I can eat a sandwich while walking to class though.:)

Industrial bar ear piercing
If I take my industrial out for a day will it be okay? It's just a little sore but no infection! I just want my ear to rest. I plan on cleaning it really well tomorrow and putting it back in.

homemade peanut butter calories
So homemade peanut butter ( just pea nuts) is only 116 calories for 2T according to a couple sites. i hope that's true cause I just made some for tonight. Just about a 1/3 cup peanuts and some water. how many calories would it actually be?

5'1" and 105 pounds with a good fitness leve

I'm 5'1" and about 105 pounds with a good fitness level so is it possible that I burned somewhere in that range?

I got up to 91 grams of sugar from fruits and veggies alone. Is this still too much since "sugar is sugar. doesn't matter what source".

why are rest days so hard to take?
I always struggle with taking a rest day and have anxiety when I do. I end up working out twice as much the next day to make up for it. It's not like I over eat or eat poorly on rest days. I'm trying to maintain my weight and have done so eating an average of 1500 total calories while burning 150-600 extra calories a day. I'm 5 foot 1 inch and weight about 104 pounds. Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown. Cardio or not?
