I have my left shoulder done. I honestly found it to be relaxing once he got going. It did hurt a little on the top of my shoulder blade where it is more bone then tissue but honestly it just gets numb after a while. Can you stand while you work? You burn more calories and you can do things like calf raises.

Try to prep all of your meals for the week on one of your days off. Get one of those six pack bags or just a large lunch bag and bring all your meals with you when you are out.

I probably drink 1-2 gallons of water a day along with some coffee and tea. If I want something sweet and fizzy I Ice flavored waters:)

Protein poeder won't hurt. If she is still eating dairy and fish along with the protein powder she should be getting enough protein. Just make sure she is eating enough to support her activity. Do not have her track calories though that could start eating issues( I know from experience ).

Make a cauliflower pizza crust or us high fiber/low carb tortillas. I also like using just egg whites as a pizza "crust" or just find out the total calories for the whole pizza and cut it into how ever many even slices you want.

Remember our bodies naturally fluctuate through out the day and week. Also once you move to maintenance your body will find what weight it wants to sit at naturally. It may not be the weight you had in mind but it is the healthy weight for you personally.

I eat the same foods every day. Honestly if I could afford it I would eat a quest bar everyday.:p
