Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown. Cardio or not?

Jillian Michaels tummy has a little fold when she sits. Why does that make me feel slightly better about my tummy? Anyway just did her yoga meltdown level 2 for 90 minutes. Has anyone else done her yoga meltdown? What do you think of it? Do you consider it strength and cardio?
