IS 30 Minutes of exercise a day enough to maintain?

I try to work out 3-6 days a week for 20-70 minutes ( just depends on how much time I have). I do more body weight training then I do cardio. I eat between 1500-1900 a day depending on how active I am. I go to school full time 4 days a week and work nights 2-3 times a week. right now I weigh 101. I'm 5'1". When I work I'm on my feet the whole time. I also do a lot of yoga and Pilates and ride my bike sometimes

Maintenance is a lot like dieting (IMO anyway). Exercise is part of that lifestyle change too.
I exercise for fitness ....I diet for weight loss OR maintenance. If you find the weight creeping back up, then you have 2 choices, eat less or move more.0 -
Maintenance is controlled through diet... exercise allows you to eat more. So if you like to eat like I do, then exercise more.0
