experiment with different vegetables to see if there is something you like, I'm not a big fan of cooked veg but I like lots of veg raw - spinach for example I will eat raw but wouldnt go near it cooked ! and if you really cant face veg then eat lots of fruits instead.

definitely try and reduce the sodium intake as sodium dehydrates the body and the the body will then hold on to more water as a reaction to this, also drink lots of water as the again the body will try and retain what it isn't getting enough of.

I am always over on my suggested sugar too and it all comes from fruits, I make a smoothie for breakfast each morning with fat free yoghurt so its low calorie and fat free but it puts me over for my sugar as soon as I start my day. Not sure where you are or what the temperature is like, but I find I soon get warm when running, I am in the south of England and I am still running in t-shirt sleeves but I do see others out in hats and sweatshirts so I think a lot of it is down to how much people feel the cold too.
