  • Have you tried eating some of these vegetables raw ! I am not a love of cooked veg, but I will eat many vegetables raw, Spinach for example raw is a great replacement for lettuce in salad and you get more goodness from them raw as they loose some goodness when cooked, and raw peppers are nice especially the orange ones :)

  • well done ! 3 belt holes is quite a difference. The scales may not show the figures you are hoping for if you are doing resistance training as muscle weighs more than fat, but its not all down to what the scales shows, change in shape is just as important. Good luck and keep up the good work :)

  • I always start my day with a fresh fruit smoothie made with fat free natural yoghurt and 2 or 3 different fruits, so many different mixes to try ! works out 200-250 calories and is a good mix of vitamins, protein and carbs and fibre depending on the fruit chosen.
