I corrected myself about the no carb, I don't need to get over anything. You won't be eating these cookies, we ALL get that. I'm sure these will please other people though.

Obviously if you're in keto you're not going to eat these, and I think it's safe to say you won't be. These are for people who still enjoy their treats, and like you said yourself they are better than regular cookies.

I meant lower carb sorry. Thanks for the super negative reply, can always count on a downer to ruin someone's post on here. They are flour free (also great for coeliacs), so have lower carbs than normal cookies. Also high in protein because of the chick peas. LIKE I SAID, they are not the healthiest thing, but they are a…

I love drinking green tea with my meals. It helps me feel fuller and stops me for wanting a second plate.

It's Slimpasta :) The Australian version of the low calorie shiritaki noodles :)

My friends do them all the time and seem to be fine. I seem to go off the wagon when I have a cheat day though and find it really hard to get back on, so I try not to have them. I give myself little treats now and then but I won't give myself a whole day of treats.

Actually I found eating badly was more expensive because I'd eat more of it, plus get alot of take out. I find I'm saving money buying ingredients for healthy home cooked meals.

I know how you feel! I love junk too, but I managed to cut it out by just cooking big hearty and healthy meals. The first few weeks are always the hardest!

Congrat! :) Feel free to add me, I'd love love motivation as well.

Why don't you try making a Cauliflower Crust Base? I haven't tried it yet, but I want to. It looks really good: http://www.recipegirl.com/2012/01/16/cauliflower-crust-hawaiian-pizza/

It helped me get started on my diet, I noticed they stopped working after 2 weeks though so I quit them but still managed to maintain my diet. They aren't for everyone, but they were good at giving me a push start.

I haven't had fried food in just over a month, which is a big deal for me because I loved it so much (hence why I got so fat!) but now when I'm around the smell of oily foods it makes me nauseous.

If I ate chocolate cake for breakfast I wouldn't be able to stick to my diet for the rest of the day. Plus I would crash and not feel like doing any exercise afterwards. Love the theory though, and wish it would work for me, lol.

I still drink. I just changed what I drink. I went from cider to vodka and soda water, and its really made a difference. I'm losing weight pretty well with it.

Every Friday. I used to weight myself everyday and I'd fluctuate up and down so much it would send me crazy.
