Well, im 4'11 and weigh 117pounds...im trying to lose an additonal 7 pounds to be at my personal goal. My target is 1200 a day and i really struggle. I burn about 500 cal a day, and eat roughly half my exercise calories back. You seriously need to think about everything you eat.....Most days i think, this just isnt enough…

First thing in the morning. I make sure I haven't eaten anything heavy the night before or drunk too much so im not too weighty on the scales...ditto about using the services and the showering and no eating before hand. Make sure i take my head scarf off as well, lol! I weigh myself on a friday morning...before saturday…

I'm not a nutritional expert but i tend to count only the added sugars to products and not the ones that come from natual products like fruit. This way it helps to keep my sugars low...however despite this i tend to go over by 2 or 3 grams. I would say dont worry, as long as your not excessively over, constantly.
