My current favourite: Mix a spoon of red pesto with half a tin of tinned tomatoes. Put chicken into a roasting bag and add the tomato/pesto mix. Tie the bag and bake for 40mins. I've suffered bad eczema my whole life. Evening primrose is supposed to help though I've had little success. Steroids don't even work well for me.

I drink a lot of plain sparking water. If regular still water I have to add the tiniest splash of orange squash to it. I can't get plain water down otherwise. I keep several flavours if squash in the house to keep it interesting.

When I'm doing my walks I just log the speed and ignore the pushchair. I'm guessing my food calories may be underestimated so hope it evens out. If I just go shopping so am pushing the buggy or a shopping trolley with the kids in then I just log the time against "pushing stroller with child" option. I never thought they…
