Lowest calorie wraps? (uk based)
Hello. Was wondering what brand of wrap has the lowest calories for all those wrap lovers out there? Currently using Morrisons own-brand at 185 cals per wrap but would like to try and find something lower if possible.

Hi there. Quick question for those people who increased their calories after a plateau and started losing weight again. How long after upping your calories was it before the scale showed downward progress? A week? A month? Did weight increase first? Many thanks.

What dumbbells etc to use?
Hey all! I've purchased a few Biggest Loser workout DVDs and gave no idea what size hand weights or medicine ball to buy. Any suggestions please? I don't mind buying a few but don't want the house packed out with them really. Just need an idea of what's recommended. Thanks.
