Sorry I can't help... I went natural in '09.... How about wrapping your hair witth a silk scarf when you exercise so that once you are done it will dry but have a smooth look from the silk or satin scarf.

I love lifting... I am by no means an expert, but my husband has got in shape by changing his eating patterns, strength (lifting) training & about 1 - 3 cardio sessions a week, so he teaches me form and everything. Congrats! So calories in calorie out eh? I am looking to lose another 30 by April (okay okay... 20 but 30 would be great). I am exercising and plan to eat within my calorie limit. Hopefully I will have a success story come spring time. Thanks for the inspiration!
