Brittney from a season or two ago was only eating 500 calories a day. Jillian made her bump it up to Minimum of 1400. So yes, they eat more than 1200 calories a day. Don't know who assumed that one. BTW: Erik from season 1, gained ALL of his weight back plus.

I run 2 miles every morning starting out @ 5.0 with 1.0 incline. By the time I hit 2 miles I have bummed it up to 5.3 and 2.0 or 3.0 incline. I usually burn 320 cal. in 23 minutes. Very neat. I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago for the same issue. I also had adnomyosis, which is something they really can not detect enless they go in there. The deal with endometriosis is that is can come and go, but I also had to live my life around my periods, which lasted 10 days every 14 days. Good luck to you.

I have two favorite snacks. The Atkins peanut butter cups, the other one is sugar free pudding with lite cool whip fro a can. The pudding w/ cool whip cup adds to 90 calories which is fewer than the peanut butter cups.

This is why you need to tell yourself that you are worth it, because you really are. If you are being told other wise, that is not OK!!! I would also suggest counceling. You can never really get over the issue till you find the root cause of it. Then you can begin the healing process and move on.

Doing your sit-ups after your cardio is best. Your heart rate is pumping and you can in the long run burn calories better.

Same thing. I gained 3 lbs. back. Now I am on week 3 and it's peeling off all the sudden. It's almost like My weight is a week behind from my work-outs and needs time to catch up. You'll get there.

Hey fitness chick. So looking at your ticker. Have you lost 209lbs since August "08. Incredible. How did you stay on track. I fall off the wagon at least once a week. I have lately been doing dailey doubles at the gym though.

This happens to me too. I thought it was me. I also lossened my shoes till they felt almost untied. That helped also.
