Could anybody help me with converting KCal into cal? I bought a wrist pedometer yesterday, plugged in my info and I am not able to figure out how to convert. I e-mailed the company and have not heard back, I googled it and that told me 1 Kcal is 1000 calories. It would be nicem but there is no way I burned 138,000 calories…
