Could anybody help me with converting KCal into cal? I bought a wrist pedometer yesterday, plugged in my info and I am not able to figure out how to convert. I e-mailed the company and have not heard back, I googled it and that told me 1 Kcal is 1000 calories. It would be nicem but there is no way I burned 138,000 calories at the gym this morning running,

Thank you for your help
Hope all of your goals are coming nicely.

  Think of all the extra food you could eat!!!  I'm interested to see the other posts as I have two pedometers that I haven't used to any capacity and when I did, I didn't understand the conversions.
  • No kidding. I would also be shrinking right before your eyes. That would even be nicer.

From what I was able to find, a kcal and Calorie are the same thing.
