I just started them this week. I was doing the 21 day fix. But got bored.

This will be my 2nd round of it. I really like how simple it is.

I think it's some what "normal" around here... There are more fast food restaurants than anything else it seems like and the smaller local restaurants have HUGE portion sizes it seems like.

I like both. When I'm go with someone I don't want to let them down by not going so I force myself to go even when I'm sick. But then again I like going alone because I like having my me time and putting in my ear buds and getting to work instead of talking and slacking.

I'm right there with you guys. Include bridges that move for the ships... They just creep me out just sit there and think what is actually stopping it from opening while I'm in the middle of it.

I go in the afternoon on my way home from work and I don't care about other peoples workouts. I can't go before work since I start work at 6:30 and my gym opens at 6.

I don't know why they vary so much. But I keep mine in the same exact place and don't move it. It's usually pretty good.

Cooking it in the crock pot is really easy and "quick". I add some spices and toss it in there.
