I'm 5'4 and 160. Earlier this year I found myself at 191.6. My highest was 2011 at 216. My goal is about 130 and will start training for bikini competitions.

I think it's normal. I don't usually go that extreme but if you've had a lot of sodium the day before, your body will retain the water. Also - if you have gone to the bathroom, time of the month for women, etc. :) I often times move +/- 2 lbs.

Absolutely :)

How's your eating? You may be fine calorie wise, but there is more to it than that. With a quick look from your diary, it said that you are eating 5 pieces of chocolate for dinner? Anything else? There are several days that you went over on your fat intake. Change around what you're eating. Once I lost a certain amount of…

We are already friends, and you can talk to me anytime. I have MFP on my phone so if you ever send me a message, I can respond as long as I'm not super busy!

Finally. Somebody said it.

Hey guys! My name is Teresa, I'm from Oregon. I'm 23 years old and have a beautiful 6 month old baby girl. This will be my second time doing the 30DS and I'm pretty excited!!!! I started MFP in November at 216 lbs, and to date I'm 191.8. I fell off the wagon for the past two weeks, and I'm looking to pick myself back up!…

Yay! I weigh in fridays too usually so PERFECT. I will be measuring myself on the 29th probably. So i'll have that to go off of! :)

I agree. Wait to exercise until 6 weeks (unless ok'd by your dr - I was ok'd at 2 weeks for "light-moderate exercise after my c-section). If you are breastfeeding, nutrition is VERY important, so concentrate on eating right. :)
-
Ha! I have just because I"m curious! Most of the time I don't lose. So I just quit caring if I did or not before weighing.

I LOVED the hunger games. I can't wait till the movie comes out. Water for Elephants by Sarah Gruen. Sarah's Key

My daughter "talking" and my dog sniffing around.

Check your sodium. Also, your body fluctuates daily. Try weighing one a week.

She probably lost more than 1-2 lbs per week. In the beginning, any slight change will probably cause her to lose A LOT more than that in the beginning. Besides, she had surgery, so I'm pretty sure she would have lost more than that per week for a while.

Both, although he's more of a hinderance. He's really supportive in that he congratulates me, treats me when I reach a goal, and sometimes watches our daughter so I can go downstairs and use the treadmill. However, when I talk about needing/wanting to get more exercise in, he says just for one day that I should take a…

I'm a SAHM to a 6 month old. It's tough, because I CAN'T get out of the house unless it's for a walk but right now it's a little too chilly for that. I ONLY exercise when she's napping. If it means I have to stay up later, I do it. Because I WANT to get that exercise in. It's rough, but I feel like crap if I don't.

I start it before warm up, and stop it when my heart rate is down below my target zone or after the cool down.

I rarely go out for sushi, so when I do, I make it worth my time... hahahaaaaaaa. I usually get 1 dynamite roll, 1 volcano roll, shrimps, sometimes a house roll.... mmmmm Now I"m craving sushi.

Monday nights we always go out for taco del mar, but yesterday we had sweet potato frieds and almond crusted chicken fingers. nomnom

Keep in mind that people burn calories at different rates. A person who is out of shape, will burn calories faster than somebody who is in shape.

I had mine set to 1200 and found that I usually awsn't meeting it, because I was scared to go over. I eat between 1200-1400 cals now. For me, it's not hard and I'm never hungry. It's making the right food choices that allows you to eat more. If you eat tons of salad (lettuce has very few calories as well as any other…

I am starting week 2 tomorrow! Can't wait! I like it a lot! Maybe even better than 30DS. Log it under "circuit training".

I drink water, chew on gum and/or brush my teeth.

you are amazing.

Dear Boyfriend, I love our daughter. I really do. More than anything. However, sometimes, I'd like it if maybe YOU helped me with her. Instead of making me feed her EVERY time, you stopped giving excuses as to why you couldn't at that moment. Don't tell me I need to spend less time on the computer and more time with my…
